As a student-athlete at Wentworth Institute of Technology, Felipe lived the frustration firsthand. The sports drinks on the market were loaded with artificial dyes, excessive sugar, and ingredients that had no business being in a performance beverage.
He started asking a simple question: why can't a sports drink be both clean and effective? The answer became Elite Hydration — a brand built on the belief that athletes deserve transparency, performance, and taste without compromise.
From competing in the Accelerate Pitch Competition to being selected for the Samuel Adams Brewing the American Dream bootcamp, Felipe has built Elite Hydration from the ground up — one bottle, one community, one partnership at a time.
Today, Elite Hydration is more than a drink. It's a movement rooted in Massachusetts, fueled by community, and built for the next generation of athletes.

Felipe took the stage at the Wentworth Institute of Technology Rapid Pitch competition — the first time Elite Hydration's vision was pitched to a live audience. The idea was raw, but the mission was clear.
Spring '23Spring '23
Leopard Launch Pitch Competition
Competed in the Leopard Launch Pitch Competition and earned recognition for the brand's clean-label formula and community-first mission. Early validation that Elite was onto something real.

WIT ACE CO-OP for Entrepreneurs
Joined the WIT ACE CO-OP entrepreneurship program — gaining hands-on business development support, mentorship, and the resources to take Elite Hydration from concept to product.
Fall '23Fall '23
WIT ACE CO-OP — Product Launch
Returned to the WIT ACE CO-OP with a fully developed product. The Elite Hydration bottle lineup debuted publicly, and the brand identity — bold blue, clean label, community-driven — came to life.

Samuel Adams BTAD Bootcamp
Selected for the Samuel Adams Brewing the American Dream bootcamp — a nationally recognized program supporting small business owners with mentorship, coaching, and community. Felipe earned his 2025 Cohort Member certification.

Brought Elite Hydration directly to consumers with a live taste testing event. Real athletes, real feedback — and overwhelming enthusiasm for the clean formula and bold flavors.
